Refund policy

We do not accept refunds or exchange for change of mind.  We display photos for illustrative purposes only, we do our best to photograph each arrangement, although the arrangement you receive may differ slightly from the photos as flowers are a natural product and each arrangement will always be unique. Some stems and flowers may not available due to them being seasonal and/or out of supply, if this is the case, we will do our best to substitute it for a flower of similar style and cost. By placing an order, for an arrangement you see on our website, means you accept these terms and conditions and acknowledge there may be a discrepancy between the photo and the produced arrangement.

For custom arrangement we will liaise with you on colours, stems and style choices prior to creating your piece. Once you confirm, make payment and the arrangement is made, we cannot offer a refund if you are unhappy with the final piece.
